One of our existing clients in Corby is currently undertaking a large building extension project to provide an urgent care centre for the local area, in line with the Government’s plans for more services to be delivered out of the hospital environment.

Due to the way the project is funded, the practice needed a clear structure as to how the property would be valued over the next 25 years. Neil Mason Associates has worked closely with the practice to put this valuation guidance in place.

The team has also been advising on levels of reimbursement for the new extension under the Doctors Rent and Rates Scheme, which has involved close discussion and negotiation with the PCT and the District Valuer.

The project is now well advanced and completion is anticipated later this year.
