The New Year is always a time for taking stock and reviewing activity, and that’s no different in the property sector. Even if you feel that your property portfolio is ticking away nicely, it’s always a worthwhile process to set aside some time to review how things have been running over the previous period and whether there are opportunities to make the portfolio work harder for you.
