Essex firm InBuild Ltd chooses Wellingborough for business expansion

InBuild Ltd, the independent installer of energy saving and building solutions, has signed a new 7 year lease to occupy 5,122 sq ft of industrial space at a newly refurbished unit at Brunel Close on Wellingborough’s Park Farm Industrial Estate.
Oliver Brookes of Neil Mason Associates acted for the landlord in securing the tenant and negotiating the new lease.
InBuild Ltd, which is looking to expand from its Essex base into a wider geographic location, was attracted by Northamptonshire’s central location and specifically Park Farm’s excellent transport links. The firm, which was established in 1966, provides heating, solar and renewables, insulation and building materials to commercial and domestic customers.
Neil Mason Associates recently completed another letting of a 2,000 sq ft industrial unit at Stafford Place on Northampton’s Moulton Park Industrial Estate to Mills Carpentry of Harpole. Let on a 6 year lease, the unit will be used for a showroom and storage facility for the company’s commercial kitchen fitting business.
“The market for smaller industrial units in Northamptonshire is particularly buoyant at the moment, in no small part due to a lack of good quality stock,” said Oliver Brookes of Neil Mason Associates. “It is very positive that both these businesses are expanding, despite the economic and political uncertainty. It shows that there are opportunities are out there.”
